International transfers

Some of our subcontractors are located outside Switzerland, particularly in the United States. In such cases, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with the nFADP (adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses or other recognised mechanisms).

Other cases of sharing

We may also disclose your data to comply with a legal obligation, to protect and defend our rights, or to protect the safety of site users.

Data retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected:

  • Contact and project data: for the duration of the business relationship and 5 years after the last contact
  • Billing data: 10 years in accordance with Swiss law (accounting obligations)
  • Analytics data: 26 months maximum

Upon expiry of these periods, your data is deleted or irreversibly anonymised.

Data security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, modification, disclosure or destruction:

  • Restricted data access on a need-to-know basis
  • Regular security updates
  • Regular backups

  • Droit d'opposition : Right to object: You may object to the processing of your data for direct marketing purposes.
  • Droit de retrait : Right to withdraw consent: Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

In the event of a dispute, you have the right to file a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

Minors

Our site is not intended for persons under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.
